The other day I was filling out a form and I came to the portion of the form where I had to sign and date it. I found myself in one of those moments where I could not remember the date, not even the month. I just simply had a moment of fog, I know I am not the only only that blanks out from time to time. Then, it hit me, “OH, it’s May 1st” I thought to myself, “Wow, May 1st!” We are already at the fifth month of the year.
It seems like only yesterday to me that we were ringing in the new year and I was making promises and commitments to myself to ensure 2015 would be best that it could be. Now, here we are, almost halfway through the year already and I find myself wondering, “how am I doing in keeping those promises?” “How am I doing in keeping those commitments?” In all honesty, in some areas I am doing very well and others I still have work to do. So glad we still have a bit more than half the year left to keep working!
If you are like me, you need a little motivation from time to time. Well, I saw a video that may hit the spot and help you assess where you are so far this year and motivate you to keep going.
– What have you done that has pleased you?
– What skills have you used to help you progress so far this year?
– As you continue to utilize these skills, what can you expect from the rest of 2015
Check out this video and keep going!
Quote of the month:
To succeed in life, you need two things: ignorance and confidence.
